Question: I purchased wine from Grand Cru Vault but I’m not ready to pick it up. Are there options to store my wine?

Answer: Yes! You may store your wine at Grand Cru Vault’s climate-controlled warehouse for as long as needed. After one month, storage charges will apply $0.50/bottle monthly.

Question: Is it possible to ship my wine?

Answer: No, unfortunately we are not able to ship wine at this time. But we do offer will call and free local delivery for some counties. We are working to establish shipping capabilities.

Question: I purchased wine but it says pre-arrival. What does that mean? When will my wine be available?

Answer: Grand Cru Vault sources it’s wine directly from France, so there is often a delay between the time Grand Cru Vault acquires the wine and the time it is imported. Pre-Arrival wines typically arrive within 3-6 months from the time the product is published to the website.

Question: I have a private collection that I’m interested in selling. Does Grand Cru Vault purchase wines from private collectors?

Answer: Yes, Grand Cru Vault will consider purchasing vintage wines 10 years or older from private collectors. We require proof of proper storage conditions, receipts or other details about the original purchase of the wine, inspection of each bottle.

Question: I found the same wine Grand Cru Vault carries on another website but for a better price, will you match or beat a competitor’s price?

Question: I don’t see the wine I’m looking for on Grand Cru Vault’s website. Can Grand Cru Vault special order the wine I’m looking for?
